No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
There may be a minimal revenue gain to the General Revenue Fund, to the degree guard dog trainer registrants opt to obtain a guard dog training company license.
This bill would amend the Occupations Code to repeal the provisions requiring registration of individual guard dog trainers. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
