No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to permit balloting materials for any election under Chapter 101, Election Code in which a voter is eligible to vote, to be sent through email.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
