No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the creation of an advisory committee to recommend a uniform pre-nursing curriculum for undergraduate professional nursing programs offered by public institutions of higher education. This analysis assumes that any costs for institutions of higher education and the Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
