No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 166 of the Health and Safety Code to remove prohibitions against honoring a pregnant patient's advance directive and do-not-resuscitate order. The bill would modify the advance directive form to reflect the removal. It is anticipated that the duties and responsibilities of implementing agencies would be accomplished through existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
