No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Texas Education Code to name the main administrative building on the campus of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo as the Teel Bivins Building. Based on information provided by Texas Tech University System, it is assumed that any costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
