No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to a database for prospective employers to qualify veteran's military service experience and employment qualifications. Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission and Texas Veterans Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
