The bill would amend the Local Government Code to provide that the governing body of a municipality may not adopt or enforce any ordinance, rule, or regulation that establishes requirements for, imposes restrictions on, or otherwise regulates the business activities of a state licensee within the municipality or the municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
