No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of tow truck companies, tow trucks, tow truck operators, vehicle storage facilities, vehicle storage facility employees, booting companies, and booting operators. Based on the analysis of the Department of Licensing and Regulation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
