No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to specify if there are two or more lanes designated as turning lanes a motor vehicle operator would not be permitted to change lanes while turning at an intersection.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
