No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code as it relates to sex offender treatment as a condition of parole or mandatory supervision for certain Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) releasees as specified in the bill. The Board of Pardons and Paroles and TDCJ indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agencies' existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
