No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the creation and maintenance of a registry of physicians co-managing patients with Licensees. Based on the analysis of the Optometry Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
