No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Local Government Code to require a political subdivision that receives or expends federal funds that have not been appropriated by the legislature to report the amount of federal funds received and the use of the funds to the Legislative Budget Board, the Comptroller and the Governor by the 90th day of each fiscal year.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, Harris County and Tarrant County reported no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
