No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to notify a state senator and state representative when receiving an application for creation of a district and upon approval of a petition in acquiring road powers for a district.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
