No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to prohibit camping or building fires in a dry river bed in certain sections of the Blanco River.
Based on information provided by the Parks and Wildlife Department, the duties and responsibilities of implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
