HB3640 by Guillen (Relating to fees of office for the directors of a municipal utility district.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to specify a director of a municipal utility district is entitled to receive a per diem of up to $100 a day for each day the director spends performing the duties of a director. The bill would prohibit a per diem to exceed $4,800 a year.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
