HB3683 by Geren (Relating to the electronic filing of personal financial statements with the Texas Ethics Commission.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code to require personal financial statements filed with the Ethics Commission to be filed electronically. Any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
