No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to certain employment requirements, as specified in the bill, of a person working as a cashier involving the sale of alcoholic beverages. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
