No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code and the Occupations Code relating to providing certain persons with resources for notifying the voter registrar of a death and related procedures. Based on information provided by the Funeral Service Commission and the Secretary of State, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
