HB3803 by Keffer (Relating to defining the occurrence of an interregional conflict between regional water plans.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 16 of the Texas Water Code by adding a definition of what constitutes an interregional conflict in the regional water planning process. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
