HB3829 by Isaac (Relating to the eligibility of certain Texas Rangers for burial in the state cemetery.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to allow a Texas Ranger who has served at least 10
years as an officer or an officer who died in the line of duty, to be eligible for burial in the state
cemetery.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
