No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to require a presiding election judge to meet with certain school district officials of a school selected to be a polling place to develop a security plan for the building. The bill prescribes requirements of the security plan. The bill would require the Secretary of State to prescribe rules and a required form.
