HB3974 by Darby (Relating to the expunction of the record of certain disciplinary actions against health care professionals.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow health care practitioners to have their disciplinary actions expunged if the disciplinary action is the only one on record, is administrative in nature, and was taken at least five years before the request for expunction. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
