No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to solicitation to buy drinks for consumption by a retailer and regarding alternatives to license or permit suspension. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
