No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to permit certain municipal court judges who continue to service for another term to perform the duties of their office without an additional Oath or Affirmation.

The Office of Court Administration reported no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
