IN RE:
SB37 by Zaffirini (Relating to requiring the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to collect and study data on the participation of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities at public institutions of higher education.), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to collect and study data on the participation of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities at public institutions of higher education. This analysis assumes that any costs for the Higher Education Coordinating Board and institutions of higher education to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
