No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to require that citation in connection with an application for an expedited court order allowing the foreclosure of a certain contract liens be served on each person obligated to pay the debt. The Office of Court Administration indicates bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication for the court system.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
