No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to modify the time of delivery of early voting ballot jacket envelopes in certain counties, to occur between the end of the ninth day before the last day of the period for early voting by personal appearance or as soon as practicable after the closing of the polls on election day, at the time or times specified by the presiding judge of the election board.
