No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Government Code relating to the placement of military occupational specialty codes on certain notices of state agency employment openings. Based on the information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, Veterans Commission, and State Auditor's Office, this analysis assumes that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
