No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Health and Safety Code and the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of pharmacists and pharmacies. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board and the Board of Pharmacy, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
