No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Supreme Court to promulgate certain forms and instructions for pro se individuals to use in probate matters and in making wills.  

According to the Office of Court Administration, the bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication on the workloads of the Supreme Court or the judiciary statewide. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
