IN RE:
SB540 by Eltife (Relating to the hours during which a holder of a retail dealer's on-premise late hours license may sell beer.), As Introduced
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the hours during which a holder of a retail dealer's on-premise late hours license may sell beer. The bill indicates the amendment is intended to clarify rather than change existing law. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
