IN RE:	SB551 by Seliger (Relating to the duty of the Water Conservation Advisory Council to submit a report and recommendations regarding water conservation in this state.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Water Conservation Advisory Council to submit recommendations for legislation to advance water conservation in Texas as part of their biennial reporting requirement.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact
