No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of the practice of dental hygiene. The Board of Dental Examiners estimates that any costs associated with the implementation of the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
