SB610 by Perry (Relating to limited liability for an agritourism entity involved in an agritourism activity.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code limiting the liability of agritourism entities under specified circumstances.

According to the Office of Court Administration, the bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication on the workloads of the judiciary.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
