No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to perpetual care cemeteries. Based on the information provided by the Office of Court Administration and the Department of Banking, this analysis assumes that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
