No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require school districts to provide a child's individualized education program (IEP) in audiotape form to parents who are unable to speak English, if the parent requests it. The audiotape would be required to include all components of the IEP required under state or federal law that are developed or revised by the committee.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
