SB814 by Rodríguez (Relating to waivers of citation in certain family law suits.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend chapters 6, 31, 45, and 102 of the Family Code regarding waivers of citation following certain family law suits. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the state court system resulting from the bill.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal impact to local courts is anticipated.
