No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to specify a personal bond pretrial release office must file a copy of the record with the applicable district or county court clerk based on court jurisdiction.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
