No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require school districts or open-enrollment charter schools to disclose in writing whether any of their employees have been appointed as a school marshal if they receive a written request for this information by the parent or guardian of an enrolled student.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
