No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the Texas Funeral Service Commission; authorizing fees; providing a criminal penalty. Based on the analysis of the Texas Funeral Service Commission and the Office of the Attorney General, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
