According to information provided by the Texas Medical Board, the State Office of Administrative Hearings, the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, the Office of the Attorney General, the Commission on Environmental Quality and the Department of Licensing and Regulation, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed utilizing current resources.
