No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would delete a reference to the governing body of the Water Development Board as having six members. The bill would also allow a special meeting of the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority (TWRFA) to be called on request of a majority of the directors. No fiscal impact is expected as a result of the bill's passage.
