No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the enabling statute for eight groundwater conservation districts relating to their powers and duties, construction of laws, director election dates, and director terms of office.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
