No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to permit a commissioners court by order to license or grant a permit to an individual to remove an unlawfully stopped vehicle in an unincorporated area of the county. The bill provides for the rules and requirements of an order.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
