No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code to expand the requirements of what must be included in certain reports related to unclaimed mineral proceeds. The Railroad Commission indicates bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication to the state.
