The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow a brewer's permit holder to obtain a storage permit for a location inside or outside the country in which the permit holder's business is located. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and Comptroller of Public Accounts indicate the bill would have no significant fiscal impact to the State, and could result in additional fee revenue but that the amounts are not expected to be substantial. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
