The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the creation and maintenance of a registry of physicians co-managing patients with Licensees under Chapter 351, Occupations Code. According to information provided by the Texas Medical Board, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed utilizing current resources.
