No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Government Code to remove certain restrictions and limitations regarding the number of Texas Legislative Medals of Honor that may be awarded during a regular session.
It is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
