No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code as it relates to the regulation of emergency medical services and to certain emergency medical personnel. The bill would expand the settings in which these individuals could provide certain health care services. The Department of State Health Services indicates that implementation of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact.
