HB1438 by Thompson, Senfronia (Relating to probate matters, including guardianships and other matters related to incapacitated persons.), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon the open records law and  the access to government information.



The bill would exempt certain information provided by the Department of Family and Protective Services from disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code.
